This Cards team has no curb appeal. They can't block, the can't get off the field on 3rd down, and have the worst special teams in the league.

They used to have some playmakers but injuries and age have sapped that aspect of their game. The only 2 guys who are difference makers are PP and Chandler Jones. Mathieu is a shell of himself and just a small guy out there doing nothing really.

DJ and Brown have been beset by injuries. Fitz is great but he's not dynamic anymore. No athleticism at TE or RB.

They are just a boring team. If I wasn't a Cards fan, there'd be no reason to watch this team.

At least it's on display for all to see now. This team is going to be beaten by large margins many times this year

He'll do what he needs to do to rebuild. No one will win when all of their first round picks are injured, for example.
Plus, Golden, Johnson, Iupati, etc.

I bet Campbell saw the writing on the wall with this team(and his new pay check) and ran as fast as he could. Jax has a better team then the Cards. I can't believe I actually typed that...:(

Too many injuries on a team that was not deep to begin with. A bad OL combined with an immobile QB and no running game. Lost way too much on D in offseason to stay good.

Well it's a good time to have those extra compensatory picks, we're sure going to need them next year.

He built a really good team that had a legit window.

Seems to be this thinking that teams just stay good forever.
The Patriots have been a dynasty since 2001, which is unheard of in the modern era.
The Stealers have had 1 losing season since 1999.
Until recently, the Giants were competitive since 2005 save for a couple of seasons.
The Packers have had 1 losing season in the last 26 years.
The Colts have had 2 losing seasons since 1999.
Since 2007 the Texans have has 1 losing season(all with mediocre QB's).
Broncos have had 3 losing seasons since 1997
Until 2015, the Chargers had no losing seasons from 2004.

There's 8 teams that have been consistent for over 10 years so it isn't impossible.

Fire and heart are fan cliches. This team is bad in it's scheme, at situational football, and has had it's structure compromised by some questionable personnel decisions at the top of the draft and retaining players.

When you can't execute on offense because of your offensive line, and then have under qualified coaches over the defense and special teams, you get this mess.

I read an article and in it CC asked his agent to contact both the Cards and Broncos to see if they could get close to the Jags offer. So no CC didn't see any writing on the wall, hope that helps.

Lol are you serious and you honestly can't find any differences? Hmmm Tom Brady? Aaron Rodgers, Manning...then the colts sucked so bad they got the number 1 pick in the draft and drafted Andrew luck. The Giants sucked and got Eli in the draft. Are you noticing a trend or just blind to all this? What do they all got in common?

In the last 10 years the Cardinals have only had 3 losing seasons and finished either 1st or 2nd in the division 6 times. I'd say that's pretty damn good. Your sitting here acting like this is the Browns organization. It's far from it. You just swing so damn negative all the time

We built our offense on veterans much like the D Backs when they went on there championship run it was win now mode.hell Palmer was considered old when we traded for him.

OK. Typical. You're statement was that no teams stay good forever. I pointed out 8, then, as usual, you change the perimeters of the argument. And please, oh please, tell me what is there to be positive about this team right now? We got embarrassed today. I guess I should cheer that we didn't get shut out.

It doesn't help that the red zone conversion rate is 26.67% Only the Dolphins are worse at 20.00% Last year it was 64.81% They convert only 1 out of every 4 tries into TDs in the red zone. Me thinks Arians play calling has a lot to do with this as he depended on DJ way tooo much and without him Arians is a below average play caller.

Dude those teams all got really good QBs who were really young to start these winning runs we don't.

I didn't change anything just pointed out the holes in your post. Oh maybe getting a young hall of fame caliber QB sets your team up for the future omg wow who would of ever have known such things.

Like I said this team has only 3 losing seasons in the past 10 years. After Warner Keim went out and traded for Palmer, signed Veldaheer and Iupati and rebuilt the team. That's what good front offices do.

Just relax come in off the ledge

Some teams know how to maintain the window...3 year window...2 years suck...2 year window...3 years suck...et al.

As a fanbase ,we have graduated from laughingstock to solid franchise, now we have the right to demand consistency and excellence.
