James Mason. Couldn't stand him. Got to where I refused to see any movie with him in it. He's dead too. Good thing for me.

Rob Schneider. I don't hate him but I don't understand how this guy is an actor. He has no talent and he is not funny at all. Plus, most of his movies are juvenile and suck.

Keanu Reeves

He's the SAME guy in every movie he's been in.....you know....the character he played in "River's Edge"(which BTW is a decent flick).
Listening to him do a British accent is just brutal.
His acting is absolutely attrocious even for a supporting role....let alone a guy who gets so many leading roles in high profile films.
He's bad.

Funny story, when I was in Tucson 10 years ago, I knew someone that was a close personal friend of Keanu Reeves, and she told me that he actually agrees that he's not the best actor out there--apparently he's content just doing his music, but if a studio is going to approach him and say, "hey, we'll give you 20 million to be in a movie," of course he's going to say yes. For some reason, Keanu is a draw--his movies, especially the high-profile ones, make money. But what you see is what you get--he's good at what he is, he just can't play anything else.

Nicolas Cage is in the same vein, and I think he is much worse, especially now, since Keanu doesn't really get huge high-profile roles anymore, but Nic Cage does.

I loved Keanu in Thumbsucker. I thought Cage was pretty good in Leaving Las Vegas.

My worst would be Eddie Murphy. Has this guy ever given a good performance?

and he's been in about a hundred movies!!!!!

Can't argue with that. I wouldn't turn it down either.

For some reason Orlando Bloom has always bothered me.

Keanu delivers this line in Thumbsucker and its my favorite of all time:

That's 'cause we all wanna be problemless. To fix ourselves. We look for some magic solution to make us all better, but none of us really know what we're doing. And why is that so bad? That's all we humans can do. Guess. Try. Hope. But, Justin, just pray you don't fool yourself into thinking you've got the answer. Because that's ********. The trick is living without an answer. I think.

IMO Nicholas Cage was a talented & promising actor at one time. Leaving Las Vegas,Raising Arizona,Blue Velvet,Valley Girl....etc.
Then he sold out and became that "action hero hollywood guy."
Used to be a fan but i don't watch his flicks anymore.

At the risk of taking another credibility hit, I thought Reeves' performance in The Matrix was pretty good. I probably feel that way because I expected so little, but he made me forget I was watching Keanu, made me believe he was Neo, so I don't think he's as bad as some people make him out to be. He played that role reasonably understated.

I just don't see it. Keanu's range of emotion in the majority of his roles IMO comes down to:
smile....don't smile.....
speak loudly....speak softly.....

With the flying Elvis' right? I only saw that once. I'll have to revisit that one.

Absolutely, very funny movie. He had some great quotes in this one, one of which I still use today, which is probably very butchered from the original.

Jeff Goldblum.

I really like The Big Chill and if Jeff was not in that movie, it would of been even better. As already mentioned, he is another Keanu.

I don't like Keanu's acting...if you consider it acting but his best performance IMHO is in the movie The Gift (2000).
