Well 2:

1) We simply have no speed! Croom = slow, Receivers = slow, linemen = slow. The only bright spot on the entire offense is our Fullback!

2) No leadership. I'm appauled how the last 4-5 minutes was managed! We need a QB that knows what's going on and how to get the troups in position for the next play. Just embarrasing. Not to mention we can't even throw the ball and run routes past the sticks on 4th and #.

Side note: I also think our safety play was horrid. Both missed several tackles and never wrapped up. Especially Ohalette (sp?).

It's obvious Denny realizes this team can't win. Why else would the walk around the field and not hurry with 2 TDS behind. It's like he just wants the season over so he can continue to rebuild his team and dump the underachievers.

Wow, where do you begin after the last 3 weeks. The top ten holes this team has to fix are:

1) QB- McCown still hasnt convinced me he is the guy. With that said, he is our best option at this point. I still think the QB position is the most important question to fix. Teams know that our QB's will not win games, only manage them. They load up on the run defense, and dare us to throw the ball. In hindsight, Big Ben should have been the #1 pick.

2) OL- I really have no idea where to start with this group. Everyone one of them is so inconsistent from game to game. Big is having a good year, but he should be destroying people every week. The rest of the guys are all question marks. Major upgrading at both guards is needed, the center play is ok considering he is a rookie, but I am not sold on him. RT play is up and down depending on the game and who is in there. I still question the platooning of lineman. No continuity,

3) WR- No deep threat at all. Johnson is the so called deep threat, but they never throw to him deep. Too many WR's with the same abilities. Big and strong, but lack the speed to separate. Boldin needs to be the inside WR. He takes too long to get up to speed coming from the outside into the middle of the field, same with Fitz. They are slot guys who need space to run.

4) TE- Please release Jones. This guy sucks more free money than any other NFL player. A girl scout can whip him on a block, and zero yards after the catch. One nice TD does not a season make. Hell, put Boldin at TE, he will be superior to this joke.

5) D-line-- We need a couple of run stuffing Tackles so bad. Davis cannot do it over the course of 4 quarters. Dockett will be an animal, but needs help.

6) MLB- Ronnie Mac needs to step aside. Way too many runs between the tackles. I love his grit, but he has slowed a step. Hayes should be getting a hard look by now.

7) CB-- We need a shut down corner. Starks is too fragile, and MAcklin and Hill are only adequate. They eventually get burned over the course of a game.

8)- Alex Wood-- He eithier calls a very conservative game for McCown, or starts to throw the ball all over the place with King. Todays play calling was terrible, especially in the second half. Denny will not can him, they are friends.

9) RB-- While this should be much higher, I got on a roll, and didnt want to re-type anything. Croom looked ok, but we need a true home run threat. One of the Vikings backs looks good. A 3-4th round pick for one of them would be great. No outside speed at all.

10) Denny Green -- I see the thought process behind his recent manuvers. He is seeing exactly what he has under game conditions with all QBs. This year is a re-building year, deep down he probably knows it. We started out good, but that was a pipe dream. I hope he has not lost this team because of it. If you think this years roster was gutted, wait until next off season. Green will clean house and continue to mold this team into what he invisions.

It's been a team problem on offense for several years now.

Even on the nice KO return by BJohnson he looked like he was running in mud.

You cannot keep gutting a team year after year. Somewhere you need some stability and have some guys who have played together for a few years. DG fired a few good players who are now starters and he never even looked at them practice. If this is making a statement it was the wrong statement.

Sorry, BUT give me a break. Now it's the team's fault that Green went nuts and started messing with the QB situation and we're now 0-3 under his great leadership.

Green screwed with the team, starting with Kendell, and his ego hasn't stopped yet. I don't blame Navarre for this loss, it need to be laid at the feet of the "O'Wise and Magnificent" one and his inept OC.

IMHO, we may not have won any of the last three games with McCown, but we sure do know what Green's inspired selection of starting QBs has done for us.

This team may be one or two years away for being a good team, but right now Green is part of the problem, not part of the solution.

He and his worthless OC need to take a long hard look in the mirror at the guys who's most responsible for this disaster.

Here's to Green :thumbdown

The problem is that this team needed to be torn down to nothing, then start again. Not like the previous rebuilding jobs where we dont do surgery, we put on a bandaid. Green realizes this team needs to have a blood tranfusion. Replace the old blood that was poisonous to the soul, and replace with new blood. The talent on this team was mediocre at best over the last 15 years. i am all for a total hard core change. Yes we cant gut this team every year, but this team is still has some fat to get rid of. And with each subsiquant year of dailing in the roster, the less fat to trim. By the time we move into the new stadium, this team will be playoff ready. Let Green mold this team in a way that is polar opposite of methods past.

Dennis Green fired the LEADERSHIP of DOG-CRAP John. When there are problems within any group/business and you have to completely revamp - you don't start with the grunt workers - you start at the top.
