Mourning to sign with the Heat

Just saw on ESPN's Cold Pizza where they said Zo is going to buy out his contract and could sign with Miami by tomorrow.

sorry cant happen. what has to happen is that the raptors agree to a buyout with him. then place him on wavers. i believe that last for 1 week. during that time and team in the nba with the room under the cap can claim him off wavers. (the heat are over the cap). then after he clears wavers he can sign with whoever he wants to. he may end up signing with the heat in time but he cant be signing with then today or tomorrow or anytime for a week after he is brought out.

Actually, if he is bought out he doesnt go on waivers IIRC.

He was bought out this morning.

Waivers only lasts 2 days, not a week.

They last like 10 days if it is during the summer though.

ok i just remember that campbell was brought out and then was picked up by the nets off waivers. he was so mad that he has filed bitch against the nba/nets because he wanted to go back the pistons.
