How about this

Joe Johnson and #7 for Curry and #3.

Or

Joe Johnson, Howard Eisley and #7 for Chandler, Pippen and #3?

Get Gordon at #3 and sign Kobe. ;)

Curry or Chandler
Amare
Marion
Kobe
Gordon

trading up--I'd want Okafor.

Also, I'd want Chandler over Curry. I know that doesn't sound like it makes sense, but Chandler is a better defender.

Gordon might be there at #7. It looks like Okafor, Howard, Deng, and Livingston are top-six locks, with Iggy not far behind. If there’s even one reach in top top six (Harris, maybe?), that probably drops Gordon to #7.

Hmm. It looks like six prospects are separating themselves from the pack. Naturally, we pick seventh. :(

The most common "reach" for the top six is Josh Smith to Atlanta, although I have to wonder if that is legit.

In any case, Atlanta is hardest team to figure. If they are clearly out of the chase for Howard, it is really hard to figure what they will do. Besides Jason Terry, they don't have anyone on their team of any note.

Considering they are likely to lose Stephen Jackson and may lose Sura, I'm guessing that they will focus on offense. Josh Smith might actually play but I could see them taking Gordon or Childress or Iggy depending on who is available.

Washington is almost certain to take Iguodala, Deng, Livingston, Childress or Biedrins.

Chicago is almost certain to take Deng or Iguodala.

The question is will the Clips take Livingston or Gordon.

And who are the Hawks going to take.

I think it is unlikely Gordon would drop to #7 because even if those teams would pass him up someone else could trade up to get him.

Gordon definately looks ready for the NBA and could contribute immediately. He would probably step in and be at least as good as Chauncey Billups from the beginning.
On the right team Gordon should be a prime candidate for ROY.

Slin, I love the idea of getting Martin.... And I also was crossing my fingers for KOBE.

But it is obvious that Kobe is not leaving LA now.....

So lets get either Martin or Dampier, pluss Nash....

I wish I had that much enthusiasm for anyone other than Okafor.

Right now my guess is that the Wizzards will end up taking Childress. This may be wishful thinking on my part, but they need a wing man who is a proven shooter. Iggy has improved, but Childress did it in game conditions. No way they take another PG.

BPA logic suggests that Atlanta takes Gordon except that he is the same size as Jason Terry. So unless they trade down, it looks like Iggy or Smith.

Joe Johnson and #7 for Curry and #3? Forget about that man. Curry has more value than that...drop the #3 demand to even have a chance.

I'm more interested in Chandler...barely
