Lloyd and Harry are two men whose stupidity is really indescribable. When Mary, a beautiful woman, looses an important suitcase with money before she leaves for Aspen, the two friends (who have found the suitcase) decide to return it to her. After some "adventures" they finally get to Aspen where, using the lost money they live it up and fight for Mary's heart. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0109686/plotsummary

This movie, hands down, is one of my favorite comedies. This is an absolute classic in the sense of stupedic comedy and downright good times. I can quote this movie almost verbatum, it's that good! :)

"Excuse me, Flo!?!? What's the soup d' jour?"
"It's the soup of the day."
"Mmm, sounds good. I'll have that!"

or

"That John Denver was full of sh*t"

Whoever has not seen this movie should really try to watch this movie at least once. It's guaranteed to make you laugh your butt off.

Best Part:

"We're travelling the country on a national bikini tour, and we're looking for a couple of oil boys to grease us up before the competitions."

Harry: "You ladies are in luck! There's a town about five miles that way. I'm sure you'll find some guys there willing to help you out."

Hot Chics: "Ummm...okay."

Bus Drives Off...

Lloyd: "Do you realize what you've done?!?!"

Runs to bus, catches up.

Lloyd: "You'll have to excuse my friend, he's a little slow. The town is back thay way."

:D :D :D

"That John Denver was full of sh*t"

Don't know why but that line always made me laugh the hardest. "The Rocky Mountains aren't very rocky."

My favorite scene has to be when Jeff Daniels gets in a snowball fight with Lauren Holly. I tried to do that once on a date and it didn't go over too well.

...always cheers the wife up when she has a bad day

Oh and my other favorite line, "...I'm talking about a little place called ASSSpen"
"I don't know Lloyd the French are ********"

:biglaugh: love that movie

"There's no jobs in this town!"

"Yeah. Unless you want to work forty hours a week!"
_______________________________________________________________

"Some little filly break your heart?"

"No. It was a girl."
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Just when I think you couldn't possibly be any dumber, you go and do something like this...AND TOTALLY REDEEM YOURSELF!!!!!!"
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
And, one of the greatest scenes in movie history:

"Big Gulps, hey? [long pause] Welp, see ya later."

'Pretty bird, pretty pretty bird...'

'You mean you've had two pairs of gloves...this entire trip?' 'Well yeah! This is the rockies!'

'Are both of them yours?'

(referring to the pair of skis)

One of my all-time favorite movies. No matter how many times I watch ... I still laugh at the movie. Great, great choice!

Favorite Quote:

Lloyd Christmas: When I met Mary, I got that old fashioned romantic feeling ... where I'd do anything to bone her.
Harry Dunne: That's a special feeling.

Great choice 32.

I know of some people that don't like this movie but I suspect their sense of humor was surgically removed at some point.

This movie just happened to be on last weekend when I was barbecuing for a few people. It absolutely never gets old. Watching it on regular TV is almost funnier, if you already know the real lines. I still use the “40 hours per week” line at least once per month.
