Has anyone else noticed that almost everyone of the coaches hired by Green have coached more than 1 position? If I'm not mistaken 2 or 3 of them have coached special teams. I would think this would be a definite advantage as most of these coaches will be able to offer advice to players other than their own group.

From the other point of view, maybe this team needs specialization coaches who stick strickly to their own group.

Whadda ya think?

That's what I've been noticing in all these positions.

That is always a good thing because that means there are more ideas floating around.

THAT IS GREAT.. I HOPE THEY ALL CAN GET ALONGAND SHARE EXPERIENCES AND STYLES FROM THE VARIOUS COACHING POSITIONS.. I REALLY WANT TO SEE OUR OL AND DL BECOME THE FORCES WE EXPECT NEXT SEASON.. THIS WILL HAPPEN WITH THESE NEW COACHES, AND BECUASE COACH GREEN WONT EXCEPT NOTHING LESS.

Interesting point.

But if you look at just about any coach's resume you will see that, if they have been around a while, they have coached a lot of different positions.

Rarely do you see a defensive coach jump from LB's to RB's, but you would see that same coach might have been a special teams coach, then DB's, then LB's, then DC.....same for the offensive side.
