In some ways, he reminds me of JJ Watt coming out.
I was thinking the same. But I think he's going to be more than a solid player. The more I watch him the more I like what I see.

I feel like you’re only saying this because they’re both Caucasian, lol.In some ways, he reminds me of JJ Watt coming out.
I was hoping no one would say that out loud.I think he is an unsexy pick that would end up being a solid NFL player.

Don’t worry about it unless your sizing up UDFAs. He‘s from the MAC. I specialized in covering them for a period. He’s a medium size fish in a small pond. He lacks the speed and athleticism to likely become an impact player.Got to admit. Never heard of Ralph Holley.

He’s definitely a second tier Edge guy. He has enough speed & strength but he is an agility concern. He ducked the 3 cone drill both at the draft and on his Pro Day. One can only assume his agent didn’t like his practice time and instructed him to pass. While not an absolute predictor of success, the drill is a good indicator. I wouldn’t disqualify him based on that but it moves him down my board.I've been watching more Karlaftis. I was harsh on him and bought into the negativity that he didn't have the speed and was a 3T in the NFL.
I didn't think he could play in a 3-4 but he rushes from a wide standing position a bunch. His testing has been very good. I wouldn't be unhappy at all at #23.
I didn't realize he only just turned 21 today. He's super young. Jermaine Johnson is 23.

Not a crazy idea depending on who’s there at 23.I hope we do a couple of trade downs and collect some more picks. It seems like there will be great value until Round 3 so if we can get an extra picks in those rounds we have a better shot at filling more holes.

Not at all. Watt had a similar play style coming out of Wisconsin.I feel like you’re only saying this because they’re both Caucasian, lol.
Then pencil him in after we trade up into the 5thDon’t worry about it unless your sizing up UDFAs. He‘s from the MAC. I specialized in covering them for a period. He’s a medium size fish in a small pond. He lacks the speed and athleticism to likely become an impact player.
What play-style is that? Not at all. Watt had a similar play style coming out of Wisconsin.
Ryan Kerrigan is the comp. (I did not come up with this but agree 100% with it)I feel like you’re only saying this because they’re both Caucasian, lol.
