I would only select Lil' Jordan Humphrey later if I had not secured a big WR early. I think a guy like Penny Hart late is more advantageous if you already have Harry since we need some speed and frankly I do not think Humphrey is great after the catch and gets sloppy on routes and those are two areas we need in a Air Raid derived offense. If we're able to get say a Marquise Brown early, I could see a contested catch big body like Humphrey later in the draft... though I think the Cards might go after Miles Boykin first
