I feel who ever doesn't make it in Oakland will end up in Arizona. Looks like Amos Zereoue and Troy Hambrick won't make the cut... That said i would prefer Zereoue

i'd prefer Zeroue - not a great runner - but a shifty guy with decent enough speed that Green could use out of the backfield.

well, both would be better then Anderson, Scobey, or Croom.

But I dont think Z or Hambrick will be dropped to tell you the truth.

One of them will be gone. The top 2 are pretty much set, Wheatley and Fargas. The battle for #3 is between Hambrick and Zereoue. They will not keep all 4 of them.

Also Hambrick will not come here to play second fiddle to Smith again. So if you want one of them hope for Zereoue to be cut not Hambrick.

I think Hambrick is better suited to our offense.

I think he's closer to Shipp, and Zeroue is more of an Anderson type of player. I think with our line we need a bruiser.

That said, I think Scobey or Croom could do real well for us.

Totally forgot about Fargas... I guess I want Zereoue now!

Miami will be in the running for both Oakland's and Minnesota's table scraps. We might not be--Smith, Anderson, and Scobey or Croom is probably who we'll run with, IMO.

Oh Canada!
If we are looking for quality than...

we should look at James Jackson in cleveland. He is a good back and would be awesome for us.

I am not happy with Hambrick or AZ I really don't think either is any upgrade over any of our current RB's. James Jackson may be a slight upgrade, but honestly unless we can get Jesse Chatman from SD, Fisher from GB or Fred Russell from Miami, All the above unlikely, then there really is no point to signing anyone.

Denny could continue his fixation with Minnesota players and trade LJ & some table scraps for Onterrio Smith. Are they confident Bennett is healthy and willing to deal? perhaps...
I agree...I have been pushing for O. Smith since last week.
