Yes Q and DD faked an injury both at the same time, hamstrings in the ota's. both represented by Drew R. thats just fact they admitted it.

Q has helped the Ravens and the Ravens have helped Q. I'v seen Q be a difference maker many times for the ravens this year.

I don't actually believe that he ever faked an injury but I do believe that the influence of his agent effected his decision making and his play during the Super Bowl run. I also believe that he was disappointed that the Cardinals beat the Eagles.
