Doesn't this sort of point to how overrated a coaches impact to a team is? I mean many argues that Nash had much more to do with the Suns successes versus D'Antoni. I have always prescribed that coaches take too much blame when a team is horrible and too much credit when they are great.

Something tells me a half compete coach could manage this team with this much talent.
