Please. This is a BUSINESS. And it was clear for MONTHS that the Suns had little to NO interest in Russell. Don't rewrite history to fit the tired narrative that not getting Russell is all of a sudden going to make Booker ask for a trade in the first year of his max extension.

As much as Wiggins contract is a negative he’s also got talent. A team like GS might be able to tap that as a third option. We don’t have anyone akin to that to throw in with a 1st.

This. As much as I like Oubre he is not quite the talent that Wiggins is. That is about the only guy we could have included that would have come close to matching Wiggins. They would have absolutely no use for Rubio either.

I was never in the Devin Booker wants out camp. Thought it was ridiculous speculation. I gotta admit, it's starting to make more sense to me. I've found myself feeling bad for him this year.
