The NBA is in damage control mode, after a tweet posted by the Houston Rockets General Manager caused a storm in mainland China - the league's largest international market. Daryl Morey apologized on Monday (October 7) for his tweet that voiced support for the ongoing Hong Kong democracy protests, saying he did not intend to offend any fans and friends in China - and has now had time to hear and consider other perspectives. He had tweeted an image with the words "Fight for Freedom.
