Nebraska basketball guard Brice Williams made the NABC All-Central District Team on Tuesday. Williams was one of ten players from the Nebraska Cornhuskers, the Kansas Jayhawks, the Iowa Hawkeyes, the Missouri Tigers, the Tennessee Volunteers, and the Kentucky Wildcats to make the team.

Williams was one of the most electrifying players in college basketball this season. He averaged 20 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game in the regular season. This puts him 19th nationally in scoring.

This latest honor adds to what has been a fantastic season for the senior. He became the first husker since 2013-14 to lead the conference in scoring. One of the highlights of the season was a 43-point outburst against Ohio State.

Nebraska basketball fans will have one final chance to see Williams as the program gets set to participate in the College Basketball Crown tournament. A successful tournament run would put a fitting end to what has been a solid Huskers career for Williams.
