The year prior, the Nebraska Cornhuskers defeated the Sun Devils in an absolute blow-out, 77-28.

Nebraska...That win was monumental...Nebraska was #1 and hadn't lost a game in like 26, I think. It put ASU on the map and national stage.

ASU didn't have a loss on its resume going into the Nebraska game. Nebraska was the 2 time defending national champions and hadn't lost in like 2+ years. Plus, ASU controlled the game wire to wire and didn't let Nebraska score.

Oregon. Because we won Pac 12 championship and went to the first CFB playoffs with that win.

Nebraska by mile, and I was at both games. I would say this is the biggest win here since then, I don't think there is any question about that.

The correct answer is Nebraska or Nebraska. I'll take the '75 victory in the Fiesta Bowl myself but they are both great memories. That first victory over Nebraska us our only national championship in college football. At least it should have.

I just wish the Nebraska game had been earlier in the day - like today's huge win. We all celebrated "19-0" like crazy out here, but everyone back East had gone to bed long before the game was over. Not as much national credit for that win as we should have gotten, IMHO.

We loved every minute of the game and I walked out with a box of game programs.

I'll never forget being on Mill Avenue after the game and seeing students run down the street with the goal posts. The celebration after the game was almost as amazing as the game itself. So much fun.
