<p>Everything was perfect until you said Bob Marley. Bad news. Johnny Mathas, Paul Hardcastle, or Lou Rawls. Real music---soft and romantic where you can hear and enjoy it, but it blends into the background and allows you to pursue other options without being distracted by the music. BTW---make sure the chianti is Ruffino Reserve.Originally posted by SECTION 11
Stop by AJ's. Get yourself some surf and turf. Pick up some flowers there as well (good selection, one stop shop). Grab a bottle of chianti on the way out... Bonus: No wrapping needed.
Then stop by Ann Taylor / where ever she likes, and pick up a couple of things. Error on the "small" side.
Crank up some Bob Marley and chill.
Do the dishes afterward.

I always score (not literally) with something she collects, or something fun to do. For my wife's birthday last year we went to Cancun, relately cheaply I might add. Be imaginative and never, ever, under any circumstance should you buy her household equipment such as a blender or a vaccum cleaner...trust me
Atleast he didn't give her a *****************!Originally posted by Stronso
