Like at the top where is says pent 4 processor $169 do i have to pay that and the motherboard fee b/c then it is kinda pricey for the board and processor...

Yes that is how it works.

If you want to find the best prices on both you will probably have to go to to different sites.

You can probably find the processor a little cheaper. Mostly I find it is a pain to get parts from several different sites. Also sometimes the lowest price is not the best deal.

To search for the lowest prices try www.pricewatch.com.

This is why I don't build computers much any more.
