He has 71 targets as the clear third option in the passing game. Same amount of targets as Kyle Pitts has.Michael Wilson should’ve been getting more targets but our passing game doesn’t make sense.,

not to pick on you directly, but in generalCan’t call and of these receivers a bust until we see better play from the QB in the pocket. This is likely a marv touchdown here, but even he misses that he misses Wilson coming back which still would have been a big gain. When a play breaks down he’s yeeting it up to McBride or dumping it to the RB behind the LOS.

Yes. Bring in Marty Mohrningweg!I could see the Raiders offering a day two pick but that does nothing for us unless we plan to tank next year. Our best bet is hiring Vick’s OC in Philly when he had some of those gimmicky great seasons.
Its interesting that Sam Darnold and Baker couldn't get more out of DJ Moore in Carolina. So the question still lingers. Are these wr’s overrated or are the suppressed by qb/ offense or Petzing.
It’s hard for me to believe a guy like Love, Darnold or Daniels wouldn’t have gotten more out of Harrison.
Or would a guy like Ben Johnson came up with a plan to got more out of this entire wr room.
Call MHJ a one or two. It doesn’t matter. We need another top wr. Wilson is a 3 and Dortch is a 4th or 5th pesky type receiver but no way in hell is he a #3.
That is depressing! In slow motion, it is obvious Kyler did not read the defense or where the ball should have gone. He didn’t see MHJ without a safety help either. His height plays a factor but the bigger issue is he doesn’t comprehend the NFL defenses and I don’t think he knows where his guys are. Can’t call and of these receivers a bust until we see better play from the QB in the pocket. Petzing is limited by Murray's lack of ability to throw downfield. The players have to be able to execute the play. I hated KK game plan and play calling. Now we have the same issue with new coaches. Somehow KK is having good success in Washington with a rookie QB.Hence the need for a real change with our passing game philosophy. While Petzing is a run first guy, and the run game has been good for the most part, in order for this offense to make the jump it needs especially second half of the year we need to be more dynamic throwing it downfield. I’m tired of the dink and dunk crap. It’s ok to let it loose 3-4 times a game
I’ve debated this myself. Medicals are critical. Otherwise I could see him as a fit vonsidering this is a weak draft year for WRs & free agents are limited. We know Murray would use him.Of course would be down to draft a true #2- but guys like pukka nacua unfortunately don’t fall off trees, the rams really lucked out.
I’ll say it- I wouldn’t mind signing Hollywood - doubt kc pays him and bet we could get him cheap. He has experience with Kyler, he has speed to stretch the defense, he could be a vet presence for marv

That’s the million dollar question. I guess we will find out this off season. Its interesting that Sam Darnold and Baker couldn't get more out of DJ Moore in Carolina.
There were complaints about Baker not being able to get OBJ the ball in Clevelands offense.
Does the foundation of the offense know how to get WRs the ball. No matter the talent at QB. We still haven't thrown MHJ a screen pass all year.
Nope. Vick had his best professional years under Reid/Mornhingweg in 2010 and 2011.Thought it was Chip

That is becoming more and more an attractive option to me the more I hear this board talk about it.i think bringing in a quality starting vet WR in the offseason is a priority
I am not buying the "Kyler can't quickly jell with new targets" -- Hop did just fine his first year. AJ Green did just fine.
im banging the drum on when Jax inevitably releases Christian Kirk -- you bring him back and let him work the slot
Harry , what’s your thoughts on a guy like Darius Slayton?I’ve debated this myself. Medicals are critical. Otherwise I could see him as a fit vonsidering this is a weak draft year for WRs & free agents are limited. We know Murray would use him.
A good guy who Nabers credits for being a great mentor, I can’t see him changing teams. He was fast when he came out but now is more of the wise vet type. He was not as good as AJ Green was when he came to AZ. Nice team player, but not what I'm looking to get.Harry , what’s your thoughts on a guy like Darius Slayton?
You mean someone other than the guy we brought in? What is his name? That is becoming more and more an attractive option to me the more I hear this board talk about it.

Can I interest you in a Higgins? That is becoming more and more an attractive option to me the more I hear this board talk about it.
You get a reasonable price, I’m very interested. Can I interest you in a Higgins?
I think we can pay the going rate, given our massive amount of cap space and the fact that Monti and Dolla Bill's baby boy will be too skeered to cut bait with Kyler. Might as well splash the cash and give him a nice weapon. You get a reasonable price, I’m very interested.
