I think there's a good chance he goes for even more than 3 #1's. Based on his current rep, I'd expect a trade that exceeds both the Ricky Williams deal and the Herschel Walker package. OTOH, if Oregon dismantles Stanford perhaps the price tag will drop a bit.

Not exactly dismantling them but they're making life very difficult for Luck tonight. He hasn't looked all that great avoiding the rush and he's had some passes dropped tonight but the Ducks have made him look mortal, that's for sure.

He's made a few impressive plays but it's obvious he just doesn't have enough targets. He may not be the second coming of Peyton Manning but boy do I wish Kolb had even a fraction of his pocket presence. I think Stanford has been lulled into a sense of false security because their schedule so far has been quite weak. This is a very down year for the Pac-12 and it's not like we're the SEC in our best years.

Burfict is the 6'5" QB with elite atheltic ability and arm strength but no accuracy. He's the WR who runs a 4.3 with a 40 inch vertical but hands made of stone... He is missing the essentials of the position, he has no instincts, consistently over pursues, he misses tackles and has horrible form. He plays with poor technique when he is in coverage and even worse trying to take on a blocker. Not saying he can't be successful but he needs to be in the right place. I wouldn't touch him in the first round. Terrible intangibles as well.

Burfict's best scenario is to be drafted by Baltimore. Ray Lewis would mold him into a stud. If the Cards somehow draft him, he'll be a bust. I've watched most ASU games this year and he is terribly overrated.

Burfict has regressed this year -- to the point where you wonder what is up

forget the personal fouls

he has overrun plays, missed tackles because he went for the kill shot and generally has negatively impacted the defense

last year you saw very little of that and instead he was a player that dominated the game from the middle. The change has been shocking

with ASU losing to Wash St last night, I think Erickson is gone. And if he goes, it wouldnt shock me to see Burfict declare even though he will likely get a 3rd round grade from the nfl people ( but a "guaranteed" first round grade from some agent)
