The years fly by fast when you have children. They fill your lives with wonder, joy and pride. One day you will be helping him get into his jersery for Pop Warner football and the next, he will be leaving for college.

Enjoy these years my friend. You will remember them fondly for the rest of your life. The only thing that really matters in this life are the people you love.

Congratulations!!! I'm very excited for you! He's a beautiful boy. Like 40 said, the time is just going to fly by (I honestly can't believe my oldest is 19...I was just relaying a story about her from when she was about 7 or 8 months old to dcr, and it really only feels like it was a few years ago).

You can't begin to understand or take to heart enough when someone tells you to slow down & really, truly enjoy this time. The next 4 years, imo, are the most amazing. Everything your child does will be brand new to him...and it's never the "first time" again. Being a parent is ALWAYS rewarding, even through the rough stuff, but nothing compares to those first few years. You'll always wish you could get 'em back after they're gone.
