I have always disliked the white helmet, but with the new logo and IF they change the facemask color to Red I could maybe buy that!

I have to say that I really like it. Especially when viewed on Pantone's signature, side-by-side with the traditional version.

The change isn't radical, just tweaked enough to give it a nice edge. I'm hoping the uniform changes are much the same way.

I like it alot. This is a huge step for the organization, and clearly shows that Bidwill Sr. has passed the torch completely to Michael. No way this gets down with the elder Bidwill in charge of things. WTG Cards!!!! Now go out and get us a quality RB, QB, OG, and DT in Fa.

OK, when I first saw it I was like...WTF!!

But I guess that was just the old one tugging on my heart. I like the new one after seeing 14 pages of threads with it.

I hope the new jerseys are just as cool and lose the flag for cryin' out loud. I know where I live.

I like it alot. They didn't go too far and it looks alot meaner. It really reminds me of what Seattle did with their update.

When you compare the old with the new. It is night and day. The old one looks really dated when compared side by side IMO.

As a 30yr fan and attached to the "OLD BIRD", I think whoever designed the
new logo did a hell of a job. I just hope that the uni design is just as good.
Looks like I will be spending $$$ on new merchandise. I heard that the new digs would be available tommorrow, does anyone know where and at what

No, it's still Black. I'm not sure (yet), but I think that the Cardinal Red may have changed back to the pre-1996 shade.

did anyone else see the picture somebody did with the logo just being the cardinal eye on a red helmet and a yellow facemask? the more i looked at it the cooler i thought it was,
you could have taken this birdshead logo and put it on the hip or jersey sleeve and that would have been awesome,
but that would have been a much to radical change for the bidwills to undertake i think,

I like it!

No one has mentioned it, but what about a silver helmet? Probably too radical, but I've always liked the precious metal helmets. Niners, Cowboys (hate them with a passion though), Raiders, Saints, Rams. There's every combo there except for Silver and Red.

Cards helmet is currently metallic white. I think everybody uses metallic now, in one shade or another.

After seeing the logo in various sizes and with red, white and black backgrounds behind it...I like it a lot. Very modern version that has a sleek, sweeping feel to it. The old one in comparison looks blocky and stiff. I was expecting a more radical design and in that regard I'm disappointed. I didn't make me go, "Oh, my gosh, that is the BEST design I've ever seen." Conversely, it didn't make me go, "Oh, my gosh, what did they do? It looks stupid". Many of us on this board were worried it would look well, "Bengalesque". Much to my relief, it does not look Bengalesque and actually looks pretty cool! I too will spend way too much money buying new gear!

Man, you know what? This logo will look SO COOL on their helmets! You know how the old logo's feathers would sweep around the back of the helmet? I always thought that was a neat part of their logo. The new logo's feathers already have that sweeping look to it. Can you imagine how cool they'll look on the helmets in '05? I guess we'll see those helmets tomorrow! I'm all giddy! It's like Christmas when I was a kid. And thanks to a couple of you guys--you helped me peek!
