New site won't load with data.

Dear Brainiac.... Whoever that may be..


One of our posters 'gimpy' is unable, or at least it takes forever, to load the new site on his phone
when it's on data. He has Verizon.. just gets an error saying 'empty response'. His thread is in
the Announcement/Support forum and I thought I'd post it here for him since you may not have seen it
in that forum.

Anyway, since I saw his thread, it brought to my attention that my Droid Galaxy won't load the site
on data either. I think there were a couple other posters who said the same... Town Drunk, Beaver.
Other sites, CNN, ESPN, Fox News j/k, load fine on data and I can stream YouTube etc no problem.
All of us have Verizon.

Would any of you have a possible answer as to why this is happening?

I would think it is an admin issue, I know shaggy or iceman posted in that thread but I dont know if they have an answer yet.

You're probably right about it being a site issue. I just thought I'd try this avenue as now I'm curious too,
