I am so sick of catering to out of town fans and fans of the opposing teams. Its pathetic how they can out number us. This cannot happen in the new stadium. I know we need to win games to get the support but damn. How many times this year do I see idiots walking out all happy due to our poor play and coaching.

Please buy season tickets everyone next year and stop this crap.

I also think we need to put up a fan etiquette post in the Arizona Republic. No defense chants.. it we only start cheering on third downs when they get into formation... I'm up on my feet in 204 on 3rd and 1 and the cardinals fans are all sitting. What the hell.

It will take winning, plus something that's been missing since day one: tradition. We need a team to build around, a team with personality, a franchise QB that could be our rock for 10 years, etc.

This team reinvents itself every other year and just doesn't connect with the average fan.

I've been trying to talk the wife into moving to AZ for awhile now and get season tickets, but her family is here, so no dice. Maybe when we retire.

SOUTENDZONE is the best.....

I wish I sat in the South or North end zone... up in 204 it took a lot of prodding to get the cardinals fans to be vocal.

Yesterday's game was the perfect example of the variable attendance you will see with a half filled stadium. The usual 30,000 Cards fans showed up, but so did 12,000 Redskins fans. Next game against Philadelphia will likely be even worse. Their band waggon has really grown the last few years. Ticket prices for the game are very high on eBay.

Good news is that the Cards' attendance is up about 13% from last season, with an average of 42,120 through the first 6 games. I will have to assume that will finish even higher when 50,000 show up to the Eagles game.

2003: Total Attendance 288,499, average per game of 36,062

2004: Total Attendance 300,267, average per game of 37,533

2005: Average per game so far 42,120

St. Louis (45,160)
Carolina (38,809)
Tennessee (39,482)

Seattle (43,542)
Jacksonville (39,198 )
Washington (46,654)
Philadelphia (I bet 50,000 Plus)

Why, do you suppose, there was a 13% increase this year?

More Rams and Seahawks fans showed up this year than usual.

The Redskins fans weren't.

The security check was no different than any other game I've been to this year. Cardinal fans know it is going to happen but continue to show up late anyway. It is no excuse.
