INTRODUCING THE SUNS.COMMUNICATOR

It was in November 1997 that the Phoenix Suns introduced the first e-mail newsletter in the National Basketball Association. Now, almost seven years later, the editors of IN THE POST and Suns.com -- the league's top team web site, as ranked by the Sports Business Journal -- bring you the "
Suns.communicator."

This new, innovative device for PC users will keep you up-to-date by delivering the latest Suns news directly to your desktop. Plus, if you live in the Phoenix area, you'll also receive unique behind-the-scenes video, audio and wallpaper images (certain features may not be available in all areas).

With the 2004 NBA Draft right around the corner and both the free agent market and summer leagues opening in July, the next few months are going to be busy ones for your Phoenix Suns. There is no better time than now to download your FREE Suns.communicator to keep up with all the excitement!

[font=Arial, Helvetica]SUNS DRAFT PREPARATIONS CONTINUE IN CHICAGO

More than a dozen members of the Suns' front office -- including coaches, scouts and management -- are in Chicago this week for the NBA's annual pre-draft camp. Although the majority of players participating in the camp are late first-round or second-round picks, the Suns' brass has had a chance to scout some of the top prospects in private workouts.

On Wednesday, the club took a look at University of Arizona guard Andre Iguodala, among others, at the Lakeshore Athletic Club. On Thursday, Wisconsin guard Devin Harris and Oregon swingman Luke Jackson were just a couple of those on display at Hoops the Gym, while Duke guard Shaun Livingston held a group workout for lottery teams.

The Suns hold the No. 7 pick in the 2004 NBA Draft, scheduled for Thursday, June 24. Log on to Suns.com later this afternoon for a full report from Chicago.
