I admit to not being immediatley enamored by our draft (quite the opposite). But in looking at the rest of the NFC West, I'd say we had the best in the division.
Seattle - seems universally panned. I like the concept they had to upgrade their offensive line but Carpenter seemed early. I actually like Moffitt. Just nothing exciting about this draft.
SF - Aldon seemed a bit early (personally like Quinn better), and I'm not a fan a Kaepernick. If the QB works out they're golden, but frankly, I'm not scared. I did like that OG Kilgore they got in the 5th.
St. Louis - I like Quinn, and thought he was very good value with alot of upside at that spot. I'm not a fan of TE Kendricks. I like the idea of WR but, again, not really fearful of either of their selections.
Overall, compared to the rest of our division, I think we did a lot better job of getting (possible) playmakers. If the first priority is to win the division, I don't think we hurt ourselves and might have made some headway.
