Watching the refs pad their penalty numbers now with nonsense against the Falcons now that it doesn't matter so the numbers look closer to even tomorrow just confirms everything we saw in the first half. Pathetic.

Yes, the refs are way too big a factor in the NFL today. Bad calls and missed calls affect way too many games.

I agree. It's becoming a mirror image of Stern's NBA in terms of (over)officiating and using officiating to hype certain players and teams.

I left the NBA as a fan due in part to this(also because the Suns will forever be clueless)...and i found solace in the NFL game.

Thinking about going back to baseball. Hockey? [sigh]
