I think the NFL needs to change it's policy on refs reversing calls that are so blatantly wrong.

I get that the wham bam nature of the NFL means that sometimes refs get the call wrong.

Have it where NY can call down the ref and reverse bad calls, or make calls they see on live coverage.

They need to make roughing the passer a reviewable play. Problem solved. Same with intentional grounding for that matter.

Ref in the booth sees replay and overturns OBVIOUS bad calls. Take 5 seconds and move on.

This one was even worse, I guess no one is allowed to touch Brady. Jarrett got called for roughing the passer on this and it allowed TB to get a first down when no call would have resulted in TB punting the ball back to the Falcons.

Don't have to be. The NFL does require them to be 'independently wealthy' to prevent them from being coerced into bribes/fixing etc.
