Many NFL players believe they should have more of a voice in the handing out of fines and suspensions for illegal hits. With the league recently imposing a $75,000 fine and three for $50,000 for such fouls, it is getting expensive for violators. But it's not necessarily the amount of the fines -- or the potential for suspensions -- that has players upset.
