The big difference to me is when Daniels runs he almost never gets hit, and if he does not square. RG3 from very early on people were saying his career wouldn't be long because he got hit so much.
yeah I agree. I almost can't remember Rg3 anymore. I hope Daniels doesn't get hurt. there were a couple times late where I would have rather not see him running it.

Never been a big Goff fan even when he was at Cal but I have to assume he was still woozy after that hit. Just wasn't the same after it.

What’s cracking me up is the number of votes Washington’s received in this poll since Goff’s first pick. Amazingly, half the board thought Detroit would lose!
I voted early and posted my choice in the thread.

I really should lock these once the game starts…

Irony in Ben Johnson flaking on Washington last minute during the offseason only to get punked by them a year later.
I think Ben Johnson is going to underwhelm as a headcoach. He's known for his wild and intricate trick plays and that's what his new team is going to expect. I've heard he spends a lot of time with his door closed, not talking to anyone, tinkering with plays. When he's the headcoach he's going to have someone at his door every 10 minutes needing something, he's not going to have time to do what made him special in Detroit. Not to mention who knows if he will be good at the actual headcoach responsibilities.

So glad the Lions lost. As i said last year i cannot root for them to surpass us as the second worst team in the NFL history. We still have that Superbowl appearance. They dont. And i want to keep it that way.

So does that make us winners or losers of the Suck Bowl?

We are still slightly over the Lions bc of our Superbowl appearance. And it has to stay that way for us not to be the worst team in NFL history.

North of the 49th.
Washington offensive talent is worse than ours. They just have a far better QB.

Well, that 'far better' QB faced a Lions team decimated on defence: 12 of 16 players on IR from that side of the ball.

The 'far worst' QB lost by 7 pts against the Lions' full complement in week four.
