I was looking over this week's schedule and I noticed something funny: Seattle has a 4:05 Eastern kickoff even though they're playing on the East Coast. Look at their schedule, and they have a second 4:05 ET kickoff in December against Buffalo.

San Francisco has a 4:25 ET kickoff against New Orleans on November 25.

We've talked some about how the early kickoff for East Coast road games sometimes puts West Coast teams at a disadvantage.

Anyone want to guess how many Cards games on the East coast are pushed back to the afternoon?

How about this? The Rams have 2 straight home games against teams coming in on short rest (SEA and AZ).

The Rams have a built in advantage due to their location. Their west coast and east coast flights are shorter. And the trips to NO, CHI, GB, MN, DET, IND, CIN, CLEVE and TN are very short.

Luck of the draw. StL could just as easily be coming here on short rest for TNF

Nothing to see here. we had a friigin cupcake schedule last year. Some teams have to play playoff contenders every week of the year. Our guys are professionals, they can handle whatever the schedule brings.

They have a longer trip for divison games.

AZ, SF, Seattle are all hugging the west coast.

Stl should probably be in the AFCW or something

Never will happen though...because the Cowpies want their East rivals & Da Bears want their longtime rivals also. Makes sense but we all know what NFL power broker owners want & that's exactly what they get! :bang:

Rams moving to LA makes all the sense in the world. They will have a nice cushiony field for our players to fall on when we're @rams and it's really close. Heck, us fans could carpool to LA every year!

LA has a stadium deal approved this week. We may see the LA vikings as the Rams go to the NFCN
