I'm assuming this is because McCoy struggled in the preseason. Please sign him...please do

Does it matter? They even won the division with Alex Smith before. Harbaugh could probably make this kid serviceable.:-(

Cards 21 49ers 19
Cards 23 Seahawks 20
Cards 20 Seahawks 16

The game the Cards threw to get rid of Graves and Grimm vs Seattle last year doesn't count.

I dont know why I seem to be the only one on this board that thinks Seattle could be the NFC West champs.. But when I look around on websites for predictions like NFL.com they have Seattle winning the Super Bowl.. Shrugs..

He would probably turn into one of the ex Cardinals that improve and end up kicking our a***s. He certainly has the incentive to.

I think Seattle is the best team in football. They have two big, physical corners, a great running game, a talented QB who is smart with the football, not to mention great lines on both sides of the ball.

People on this board have always underestimated Lynch as a RB. There was even a debate (I believe last year) about it when most people said he was over-hyped. I beg to differ. He's big, physical, and durable, something we haven't had, well, in forever. Since 2007 his average is: 4.0, 4.1, 3.8, 4.4, 3.5, 4.2 and last year 5.0 per carry (and some of that time was on a bad Buffalo team). That means he's routinely getting to the mid-second level and not only wearing out the D line but punishing the LB's and secondary when he breaks one. He brings it every game. The dude ran for 1500 last year and averaged 5.0, that's badass, no matter what anyone says. How anyone can diss Lynch after a full season like that and then hype RW on our team after averaging 2.disgust a carry is ridic.

That, coupled with the fact that people on here have a strong dislike of Carroll, means they expect the team to crumble during crucial times and so they discount the talent on that team and expect the team to get weary of their coach. How anyone can discount the team they've put together is beyond me.

So you're not the only one. I think they're built to win it all, and I think they're better than SF--the edge going to them because I think Wilson is smarter than Kaep when it comes to running and making decisions. He did it a full year, Kaep didn't.

I hear ya, but that doesn't mean we should forget about the Niners & their talent let alone 1 of the top coaches in the NFL.

Btw I think the Hawks will win the SB too. :D

Look at the running stats and you will see why those QB's are good under both Harbaughs and Christmas Carrol - some accuse me of being 1970 when I speaking 2012 Run the ball- reduce the risks- and go to the playoffs in the NFCW statline!

I totally agree. The Seahawks are the best team in the division and with the Ravens being dismantled I really wouldn't be shocked if the Seachickens win the SB.

I agree. Especially since Carroll can't get in trouble for paying his players.

Ask Jacksonville how well that works. You have to have the horses to have a good pass/run mix & have a pretty good offense...our stables bare to succeed like the Niners, Ravens, Hawks, Texans or even the Saints to a degree.

Ask the jaguars?

Why should I ask the Jaquars? You listed the examples I'm speaking of- the more things change- the more they stay the same- no matter how many talking heads or sports center highlights.

The secret to sports center highlights and arrogant "look at me" end zone dances - is the balanced play calling, rushing success that is the engine that makes BA's big play action - purr- without it we look like whisenstupid-

3 and outs repeatedly until we hook up 3 big plays a game- We can't out perform NFL defenses 50% of the games - they get paid too!

It is just a fact- can't really be argued with.

Again, you have to have the horses to make that offense work well, we don't have them! Keep dreaming if you think we do.

I'm with you, actually. I think Seattle is the better team. I'll even go so far as to say I think they have the better QB.

I mean it's tough to really judge how a team plays against Seattle in Seattle, but the Niners are getting dominated by the Seahawks.
