Foles, the Eagles quarterback who had a phenomenal season last year, struggled mightily today. He completed just 21 of his 43 passes for 195 yards, with no touchdowns and two interceptions. He made bad decisions, missed open receivers and generally looked like he didn’t know what he was doing.

They're not. They're offense is very one dimensional and not having Jackson is really showing itself. They have no deep threat meaning defenses can defend mid range passes taking away the TE. Notice that the TE's have been pretty much shut down the past 2 games? The only player they have that's been productive is Sproles and with the exception of today's punt return, he's been pretty much minimized. Even Shady has been a non-factor. Eagles are in trouble.

part of that is Foles is either beat up or getting gunshy because in the first half he had a TE running open 3 times and missed him all 3 times. 2 overthrows I think the third was an underthrow.

There were a couple of deep balls that were open but badly underthrown due to pressure.

Foles was really bad yesterday, I suspect he's not healthy from the beating he's taking.

Hate the Whiners and Chip Kelly equally. Glad the Iggles lost and hope the Whiners lose the rest of their games (unless a win over Seattle helps US more).

I think the NFL has decided if the Eagles are going to play a small RB and put all the guys out in the pattern that often, they're going to bring the heat and hit the QB. Kelly has to adjust to that now.
