It having DLSS is huge as is backwards compatibility. Will definately be picking it up. I haven't picked up any Switch games or even really played it much the past few years due to how bad the performance on some games got.xc_hide_links_from_guests_guests_error_hide_media
I hear you. I talk to my video game blogger all the time and just mentioned this recently. While is isn't a big deal that some games run at 30FPS, (currently playing Mario RPG, but also games like Paper Mario that are turned based strategy games are okay if they aren't silky smooth) I will admit it is one of the reasons that I don't play my Switch nearly as much as the other two consoles. It having DLSS is huge as is backwards compatibility. That's not what I heard from people who have at least some insight. (gaming journalists)From everything I've seen and heard, the Switch 2 isn't going to be that much of an upgrade over the Switch 1.
I am going to call bull on that unless you mean PS4?? Nintendo has a long history of claims on graphics/fidelity only for it to be smoke and mirrors. I get tech shrinks but no chance in heck it can compare to PS5 or current Xbox. Even the refreshes of those consoles are still in larger form factor than the Switch. If you mean PS4? I would say OK but not sure people are still too impressed with PS4/XBOX One specs. That's not what I heard from people who have at least some insight. (gaming journalists)
The rumblings that I have heard compare close to the Xbox One/PS5 in docked mode.
I don't. I'm just going by what I have heard from the insiders that I have talked to. They expect it to be locked at 4k/60 while docked, and some games would be capable of 4k/120. (again while docked) I'm not talking about teraflop nonsense, since that claim across all consoles is smoke and mirrors.I am going to call bull on that unless you mean PS4?? No way they could get PS5 performance out of that. No way. Not even Sony has been able to get the form factor smaller than the last incarnation of the non-pro version of the console.I don't.
