Wow Darren Aronofsky directed this one? Might not be the play it safe, by the book (pun intended) bible story I was expecting. More interested in seeing this one now.

There was an article about him in the New Yorker. (Last week. Maybe week before?) He calls it the most un-Biblical Bible movie ever made.

Looks pretty sweet. Watching the previews, the special effects look amazing. Russell Crowe is the perfect role for Noah too IMO

I thought this film was ridiculous until Noah started losing his mind. Aronofsky is the master of putting inside the mind of a madman, so luckily he was able to save the 2nd half of the film.

This was better than I thought it would be. I was expecting a bible based popcorn film. It was better than that. I think once they dove into the family struggles and questions around morality it got much better. Not a masterpiece or anything but much better than the train wreck I thought it might turn into.

This movie was AWFUL. I didn't know Noah had giant rock creatures who helped build the ark and protected his family...SMH
