Notre Dame football has multiple top prospects considering them, and on Thursday another one named the Irish to their top group in Texas athlete Legend Bey.

He cut down his list to ten schools, with teams like Oregon, Georgia, Ohio State, Oklahoma and others vying Notre Dame for his commitment. The 5-foot, 11-inch and 175-pounder does have more than a few official visits set up, with one of them to South Bend starting on June 20th.

Bey could play multiple positions at the next level, as he plays quarterback for his high school team, but also is an impressive track star as well. He’s a bit on the smaller side for QB, but with his speed could be a big-time threat at wide receiver or running back. Bey is ranked as the No. 771 overall prospect in the 247Sports Composite Rankings.

Regardless of what position he lands at, it’s pretty clear that Notre Dame wants him in its 2026 recruiting class.
