I'd agree with this - can't replace on Tuesday for a Thursday Game. Maybe have tryouts Friday

The 2 that seem obvious are Dan Carpenter and Cairo Santos. Santos is the K the chiefs had until he got hurt and got replaced by Butker. Santos is the most accurate kicker in Chiefs history, and was originally put on IR, but then the Chiefs decided that was a risky waste of an IR spot so they waived him after seeing Butker kick in a game.

A month ago Santos was looked at by Tampa Bay but they decided he was a few weeks away from healthy and didn't sign him. He's possibly healthy now.
