which one would you have most liked to play football for if you were an NFL player?


I think I would have enjoyed playing for George Allen the one time Rams and Redskins head coach. He had a lot of fun and preferred intelligent, experienced players over rookies or prospective draft picks. That was obviously way before the new salary structure for draftees.

Don Shula bar none. Only 2 losing seasons in 33 years. Least penalized team in history. Could coach a running or passing team. And he coached 5 different QBs to Super bowls.

Hard to say. Bill Walsh, Don Shula, Hank Stram or John Madden. Bum Phillips would have been a blast.
