The Cards basically added a journeyman Vet QB that is average, an over the hill Running back that is going to replace last years best player in Shipp and take away his carries, and another DB that did well in his surroundings like Starks in Baltimore, that will not even come close to the level of play he reached in the Super bowl. plus the Cards added a FB.

now add that to losing a guy like Boston that has the potential to be the next T Owens and alot of others and it would be ******** too give this team an A, considering they got zero comp for Boston or Plummer, Come on Now

Maybe we can still get a six pack of bud for Plummer.

I give you guys a hint: I knew he was a druggie, and I think he might be a bigger druggie than anyone on this board assumes!

That also makes me wonder about TJ, who is Boston's best friend!

Did you expect any comp for Plummer?

I think we already have been given comp for Plummer! We don't have to watch the loser for sixteen games!

a coupla years ago...

... i attended a Cards/Cowgirls game under the influence of LSD.
There was a duststorm, and lightning. I spent half the game looking at the sky. I told drunk Cardinal fans to stop beating on drunk Cowgirl fan. I was saying "its just a game, let the violence stay on the field..." ha ha ha... I felt an intense yet not frightening amount of "psychic" pressure from being amongst so many humans in that state of mind. Good thing I didn't drive. The Cards won.

Doc Ellis would be proud. That dude threw a no-hitter on acid. Granted, he walked like 8 guys, hit two batters and bounced his first pitch about 6 feet in front of home plate, but he got the job done.

When did this happen?

I couldn't walk in a straight line on acid, let alone throw a baseball for a few hours!

(I'm not into that type of stuff anymore. Early high school, I was, but I realized that it was stupid when I saw multiple friends with dain bramage....er brain damage!:D)
