While we have played only 2 games, and there are areas that look good , and ones that look weak. One area not to worry about is the play calling. I highly doubt that Rowen is putting together a gameplan like we would see during the regular season. This offense has a great deal of movement before the snap, and I for one am glad we have been running a plain jane offense. This is the only true way we can get a real evaluation on each player. Yes the O line has some issues, as well as other areas. This will be sorted out before game one. If Rowen is the second coming of Alex Wood, we will see it by the 2-3rd game. Rowen has been around some very good offensive schemes, so lets give the guy a break. I for one would be pissed if we tipped our hand in the pre season, just to put on a good show. Pre season is for evaluation pure and simple. I could care less if we go 0-4, but pick the right guys for the final roster.

I've heard this before about playing it close to the vest in pre season only to find out the Cards had no vest.

This year though we have offensive firepower and there should be no excuse for not vastly improving on offense between now and September 11. (There is no way in hell that the Cards win that game by the way.)

Several have posted concerns after watching the game against the Chiefs. For playing a vanilla offense, and a somewhat conservative defense, I am quite happy with the majority of positions, except for the lack of playing time with all the O line starters

Curious why you think that. Because Eli Manning and rest of the Giants will have something to prove on Sept. 11? I don't buy it. Fans will be jacked, but it will be another game.

I don't believe Eli has won a game yet in the NFL and his elbow is sore. I think the Cards have a good chance in this game.

Never happen. We lose 12-10. Remember it was the PATRIOTS who won the SuperBowl after the 2001 season. The Yankees were in the World Series that fall. The New Jersey Nets were in the NBA finals. (The Knicks were so bad it would have been too obvious that the fix was in.)

Only the Cardinals would have to play in New York that Sunday.

Yeah, that worked for the Yankees in 2001. They lost to our Diamondbacks

You've got to be totally kidding, right? The Patriots are from Boston and there's no love between Boston and New York.

Wait, you're right. In 2002, the Detroit Red Wings won the Stanley Cup. Many of the cars in New York were made there. Coincidence?

Please check your facts, first. While he started out looking crappy, he played better the last 3 games in 2004 and beat Dallas in the finale.

I will check my facts, that's why I put "I don't believe". Personally, I don't care to research whether Eli managed to pull out a game or not.

The O-line is starting to scare me. The more I rewatch the game, the worse it looks. It may not be able to be fixed without some more talent and experience. Those are two things that are tough to get this close to the season. All the talent in the skill positions won't mean too much if nobody is blocking for them.

Well I think he was poiting out NE's team nick name, "Patriots" is very American.

Anyway, Dbacks beat NYY just after the event, the Cardinals can beat NYG now.

9-11 has nothing to do with sports, the yankees are almost always in the world series

As for the Red Wings the only people who care about hockey are deer hunters and bass fishermen so they didn't get in on the fix. The politicians didn't figure anyone would care. And by the way the only cars in New York are taxis.

Of course I was kidding.

But always remember that the same type of guys run the NFL that ran Enron and WorldCom.
