It doesn't but the RBs left add nothing to the team and will be RB3 for at least 2 years. It's not a hole needs filling.

Gordon was air raid QB at WSU.

Garvin plays EDGE at Miami. Not very technically sound, but is 6’4 260, long arms and high level athlete (4.8 + 37in vert and 10’ 5” broad) and decent production (17 TFL in 2018)

Eno can get the tough yards and has the speed to take it all the way. He has a little side step where he breaks tackles.

Homerism has to play into it a bit I would think. The kid is super tough but I just don't see NFL level elusiveness. And at his size, that's a big problem.
