Surprised that we haven’t re-signed more of our own players yet. Kyzir White, Will Hernandez, Evan Brown, Roy Lopez come to mind first but others like LJ Collier and Greg Dortch should all be affordable.
There are only two starting positions open assuming Adams takes over one starting job.

All indications are that they will try to upgrade White at ILB.

Then there is the other guard position left.

The Lopez, Collier, Dimunejes can be filled later in free agency

Collier, Browning and Lopez I think are the guys I want back the most. Hernandez is probably a fine fallback option for the non-Adams guard spot if needed but wouldn’t expect him to be 100% by the time the season starts.

I say Evan Brown, mainly because I wouldn't be surprised if Hernandez goes to Dallas to team up with their new O-coordinator, as they also need a guard, and agree on Browning now and Lopez at a later point.

Not trying to resign White during the season and multiple media insiders reporting it
Yeah… I’ve read everything here and haven’t seen much of anything indicating we’re looking to upgrade ILB. Care to link multiple media insiders reporting that?

Also, are you in support of spending big money to upgrade the ILB position?

Why shoud I spend time on that?

You not listening to 7-8 NFL and Cardinals podcast on a daily/weekly basis and not following the same media is on you - not me.

And yeah. Posted several times that Sherwood from the Jets would be my option and upgrade over White at ILB.

I've read/heard that our coaches were not happy with White's pass coverage last season, and that he's looking for $10MM per year. Just idle speculation because I can't remember specific sources.

Heard exactly the same. And very telling that Connor, Baker and Froholdt got extended and White didn’t when he wanted to stay.

The ILB free agency group is deep with 6-7 better options better than White

Not sure what 6 or 7 options are better

It is definitely a question of how much is too much for the ILB position

Easy way to take any of the 100 top FA lists and count the ILBs ranked ahead of White.

If you like more nuance go to any analytic site. Check free agents and rank by metrics performance
It is really tough to believe in good faith and not take this as a prickish and condescending comment. Like most everyone on this board, I know how to use the internet.
