There is a disappointing lack of Chipotle in the Tempe area
You've got Moe's. That's pretty popular.

Yep, I went to the one by Fiesta yesterday, excellent as always.
Yep, none in Tempe. There is one at Fiesta Mall (by Best Buy) and another at Chandler and 54th street or so I think (by Toys R Us)

Chandler Fashion Square.
The guac was great, but I'm allergic to it. Not sure what was in it, but my throat was itching something fierce.
Probably the cilantro.
muuaahahahaaahaahahah!
Traditional crema is thin like that of chipotles. Simple recipe:
4 parts heavy cream
1 part buttermilk
Combine both in a non reactive pot and bring to 120 degree F very slowly over a very low flame.
Remove from heat, cover tightly with plastic wrap. TIGHTLY!
Allow to sit out in a warm place, maybe on top of the fridge or above the stove overnight.
It will set up a bit, and then have the consistency of sour cream once its been completely cooled. Delicious!
Hmmm, going to see Transformers today....Chipotle is right next to it. Maybe, just maybe....
Poor Nasser. What on earth are you going to do? I've heard Chipotle withdrawals can be deadly. No Chipotle. Panda Express instead. Fried rice, orange chicken, kung pow chicken, an egg roll and a fortune cookie. Good meal. I haven't been to Chipotle in a while though. That makes me sad.
