The day before the start of the NFL's legal tampering period, the Pittsburgh Steelers pulled off a move bigger than anything they did in free agency. Instead of any big-name signings, Pittsburgh made a trade with the Seattle Seahawks to bring talented wide receiver DK Metcalf to the team.
Official trade compensation for the move was released on Thursday. The Steelers received Metcalf along with the Seahawks sixth-round pick in the 2025 NFL draft in exchange for the Steelers second-round pick as well as one of their seventh-round picks in the same draft. With Metcalf in the fold, the Steelers have one of the best pass-catching duos in the AFC. Unfortunately, no one is exactly sure who will be throwing Metcalf and George Pickens the football in the upcoming season.
