I still feel K9 was largely wrong in most of his appraisals of Washington, However i do feel some of the problems that K9 highlighted at the tim,e including his slight frame and possible difficulties in transitioning to dealing with NFL O-linemen, were valid at the time and Daryl still needs to show he is capable of overcoming those issues. I do feel that Washington has both the capability, work rate and competitive nature that he needs to make the transistion and become the real deal.

Agreed.

He will be great fun to watch this season and seasons to come. He is young hungry and gifted. Next year the pro bowl will be calling on him. He is a difference maker and that's value added. He looks good with the number 58 on his back and will do it proud. Thanks to Graves and the Whiz rfor picking him and getting his deal done in time.

This guy is money...he was all over the field and has an uncanny knack of being around the ball. I can't wait until the third game of preseason when he will get some quality time against number 1's.

I originally thought that he wouldn't start this year, but might start at the end of the season. Right now I wouldn't be surprised if he's starting after the bye week.

What an absolute steal...and it looks like he plays on ice skates out there.
