I'm watching the game on FOXAZ. Anybody else annoyed by the glare on the court coming from the new 360-degree LED scoreboard? It extends right down the middle from one end of the court to the other. At first I though FOXAZ was having video problems until I realized the purplish glare was coming from the new scoreboard. Doesn't look good on the tv broadcast. I guess I'll have to get used to it.

I don't why we always talk about getting rid of Joe Johnson. This guy is awesome. He's so versatile. I'd rather him then Q... I'd rather both he and Q, but if it was out of the 2, JJ would easily be the one to stay.

They are looking really good so far. I have the Hawks broadcast here in New Orleans on league pass (don't know why usually it's the home team's broadcast) and they are really impressed with our team. At first they were saying to "leave Amare' open at the top of the key" and he kept hitting the jump shots so they said "I'll have to rethink that."

That fast break where Barbosa spun John Barry around 3 times was awesome.

Barbosa is kicking butt! Shooting the lights out. Good to see Amare hitting the boards and i like Lampe in rather then Jake.

Lampe looks better now that he lost weight. He needs just a little more quickness with his feet defensivly. :)

Well, this is a total mismatch. Let's hope the Suns can bring this kind of effort whenever they play a weak opponent. It looks like one of those preliminary games with the first Olympic Dream Team.

I'm in Australia, so not much watching for me. I am getting the entire season on DVD though, but the games will come to my house a few days after they're played. Still i'll eventually be able to watch this team :)

well - at least there is a team where we have that kind of mismatch. You guys that are watching the game - are they exciting or just piling on points like they did against Sacto?

The first three quarters were very exciting. Phoenix basically played their 2nd / 3rd unit guys the entire fourth quarter and were still able to hang on to a 30 point lead. I think this team will do well, but I'm cautious about getting excited because it was just the Hawks.

The Suns gave up WWWAAAAAYYYY too many offensive rebounds to the Hawks. That was their only weak point tonight.

That and turnovers. They had a lot in the first quarter, but seemed to calm down in the second and third. 19 for the game is still to much though.
