Not sure if anyone has seen this commericial...if you've watched football, you have to have seen it...

The guy is with some chick making him go in and buy tampons for him, folder her underwear, do aerobics....but then they are watchin TV on the couch, and she grabs his Dr. Pepper to take a drink, and they show him take it back and run out of the house and down the street...

And all of this is going to the music from Meatloaf...I would do anything for love....

So when she grabs the DR. Pepper, the song goes to "but I wont do that...."

ROTFL, it's such a great commercial, and I think up for best commercial of the year in whatever contest they do that in.

I haven’t really watched commercials in about a year, but that sounds familiar, is that a superbowl commercial?

Ah, it was voted #2 of the year by the TBS commercial awards show I guess.

I am not sure if that exact commercial is new or not, but I have seen something like that before.

I don't think it was a Super Bowl one from last year...we first saw it this football season...

You know, I don't think we have a thread devoted to great, funny commercials, so I turned this into that...

Add links to your favorite commercials...

I'm going to go look for the Wing Man commercial...

I love the Verizon commercial with the dudes grinding to Salt-n-Pepa. I chuckle every time I see it.

That commercial is one of my favorites. It is a parallel to how I feel about beer. Let's just say my girlfriend is lucky she doesn't like beer.

There probably isn't a parallel thread to this one, but...

Will somebody PLEASE stop Burger King from desecrating classic NFL footage like they are doing?!

You mean you don't like these??

I guess the new one I'm hearing rumors about will do nothing for you then. I hear it will be the King, staring down a Raiders rush, he then runs and flings the football behind his back. The Raiders recover, the Cardinal fans boo, and the King gives us the bird and claims later he doesn't give a rats a**.

Actually, I'm in graduate school with a few people who went to undergrad at BYU. They know a few famous folk from their time there (the people who did Napoleon Dynamite, for instance). Well, they said the girl in this commercial was able to pay off her house on this commercial, and way more. Every time it's played nationally, BAM, huge royalty payment.

What about the new Bud stunt man commercials.

Those are great. The one about staying 2 minutes past 5 at the office on a Friday cracks me up.

Or the credit card commercial with the guy telling his kids to put on their Halloween costumes while mom hides the Easter eggs.

The last couple years have had the Mastercard commercials with Peyton Manning being a fan of normal people. They're kinda old now, but they're still funny.

No, that's not awesome. She brought nothing to the commercial that couldn't have been brought by thousands of other women.
