Official Half-time Meet Roll Call!

My wife and I are going to the game. Halftime meet? Dunno. I would like to meet everyone but it depends on how sunburnt/overserved I am.

I'll be so badly over-served, you all will have part of me on your jerseys as a rememberance of the game, but I'm still be there!

As with many others I visit here often and post infrequently. And at the risk of redicule,if I may, I would like to propose the following for your thoughts:

Pre game half hour meet. Perhaps a good time to welcome new members.

As a Tribute to Mr Tillman ASFNers remain in their seats and celebrate Mr Tillmans life with the other season tix holders that we have been thru his carrer with.

Then at the end of the TV ceremony thereThere should be a long TV break to clean up the field, this would give everone some time to get to the truck and catch second half warm up and the start of the third quarter???

As an aside do many from the Southend zone make it up there??
Maybe its time to start a second meet on the south end?

like I said - I will be there at halftime - we've gone over this weekend and the ceremonies to death - people will do what they will - but halftime is gonna happen for some of us and I'll give you the real reason why it has to be halftime - it's our only opportunity to actually do what we do here in person DURING a game - we actually get to talk in person about the game - something that's pretty cool while having a beer with people you never see but communicate with every single day.

Back on Draft day, I spoke with a Ranger - in uniform - that was at the draft party, actually standing right outside
He was against the hoopla THEN and said it went against Ranger code. This nice young man had left behind a wife AND small child to hunt Osama.
Based on Tillman's attitude, and the way his family is - I say we ALL meet at half and raise a toast together to Pat.

League-wide, players on all 32 teams will wear a #40 helmet decal (above) in their games this week. All fans attending the game will receive a commemorative #40 lapel pin in honor of Tillman."

It is above the North End Zone, right behind Section 18, next to the big beer stand with the TVs.

I saw that, but on "The Press Box" radio show on KDUS yesterday they had Scott Player's wife on to discuss the Pat Tilman memorial fund, and they made it a point to say that the ceremony was before the game.

Someone is wrong here, and I'm not the one to say who it is (only someone like Jim O. could).

I'm going to be safe, and hit my seats a little eariler than usual.
