Both boards have their merit in my opinion. Seen bad discussions on both at times. In the end everybody wants to talk about the Cardinals, so I read and post on both boards.

Yeah that. This board definitely has the more knowledgeable regulars and better troll extermination. But you find good stuff over there too at times.

I think its a testament as far as how good this board is and the media giving sources to us and not the "official" site.. Has anyone seen a Cardsmessageboard rference in the media? I havent.. But I keep seeing ASFN nationwide.. Just saying..

Weren't you a mod? What happened? I personally think that board went downhill when they made certain control freaks crazy fans mods (not you). I was shocked that they made you a mod after you told them to lick your salty balls when they signed Warner. I bet you regret making that statement. Whatever happened to the old lady who said she would never root for Warner and that she hoped he and Dennis Green were run over by a bus? She is like a hero over there. Did she ever recant?

I think I saw her posting that she was wrong about Warner and glad we had him. She used to sit 2 rows behind me at SDS in the Southendzone. She is a bit crazy on the MB but in person she is pretty cool. She NEVER left a game early no matter how hot and how horrible the game was. I respected her for that because that is a personal rule of my own.

85 was not only a Warner hater she loved Josh McCown and took lots of flak for doing so.

Never did figure out why.

85 sat in front of me for years at SDS. We got along great. I have several pics with her. Then one day, it was right after the Cards got slapped around in Dallas when we first got Emmitt, she comes up to me and shows her ticket stub from the game in Dallas and it had a pic that said "Cowboy Greats" or something and it had Emmitt on it. She told me that he was a trader and she was glad he got hurt or something like that. I said I really didn't get where she was going with that and she scolded me and we never spoke again. She always said "Keep Coach Mac" and loved McCown. She said some pretty hurtful things about Warner and Green...lbannable stuff, but for whatever reason it was accepted, almost embraced.

" Warner has had a good year.For that i thank him.I still hope he is not here next season,or if he is it will be as backup.If we win the SB,Warner should give his ring to Aeneas Williams.He should have gotten Aeneas one in St Louis but he didn't."-Crdl85....WTF!!!!!


I miss the ole SDS days. Tailgating in Lot D, watching Yumbird hump the railing...good times.
