Anybody know what the deal is with his knee and is he coming back to school next year or coming out for the NFL draft? Nance is at Miami of Ohio and is 6"4" and fast, 4.3 40 guy they claim. Saw him last year while watching their QB, Ben something I think.

Tore his ACL against marshall this year and hasn't played since. Ironically the same website that says Reggie Harrell (track star) is too slow to play in the NFL, says Nance's production has dropped off markedly this year without Ben and he needs to show more consistency. I'm no expert but missing 6 games so far to injury with the knee probably had a lot to do with the "dropoff".

He's out for the year and last I heard he would be returning next year, he's only a junior. He was to Ben what Mike was to Carson at USC. I know he had only 90 catches as a sophmore and was just starting to turn it on when his knee blew out. Considering the huge drop off from Big Ben to Betts, Nance's production was expected to drop off a little bit early in the season.

I was being sarcastic because that site makes no mention of his injury just says his production fell off without Ben as if Ben made him and now that he's gone the kid sucks. Sure losing Ben will hurt, but tearing your ACL and not playing for 6 games will hurt ANYBODY's stats.

thanks for the info, sounds like he's staying in school. looking at speed Wr's to replace Bryant Johnson.

I was referring to how his numbers increased each game before his injury. But the injury hurt his production as well.

There's a huge dropoff from Ben to almost anyone but just from watching the Mac championship game tonight Betts looks pretty good. He might be someone to watch next year.

There's a not very highly rated (so far) kid at UAB who's mildly caught my attention. Averaging over 20 YPC. I'm trying to get more info on him.
